Why are you so bitter? There is no need to bash love and romance all the time.

I don’t think I am bitter. I simply have a low bullshit tolerance, and I also think we have a different definition of love and romance. I do believe love and marriage can work, my parents have been married for 21 years, and they are doing fine, with minor ups and downs of course.

However, if you need some poor fellow to tell you corny shit in order to make you happy and make you think you have a good love life, I wish you luck with that. I’ve noticed since moving to the US what women tend to do - turn these American men into little bitch boys who have to call you “sweetie” and “honey” and get you flowers and chocolate on Valentine’s Day, otherwise you will bitch him out.

Men really don’t have it easy with you idiots who fall for Hallmark card crap.

I just went to see if I could get tickets and you have to be a Mass resident. WTF? I have an address in New Hampshire and one in Rhode Island. Damnit Mass. I’m going to have to hit up my relatives and see if they want to get me a ticket for Christmas or something…
